Entering the interior of a canopy of trees with leaves so yellow it feels like the heavens have turned to treasure.
The valley between these hills with trees filled with golden leaves overhead lead the way into the deeper forrest, faraway from the vast beauty of the rocky mountains behind. This long road stretches on through dense trees until there's an opening in canopy above. The light gap between the trees shines brightly on a lush area filled with wild flowers, making the ground feel almost holy. One steps towards the sacred overgrowth while the intoxicating smells of earth, tree and flower blend into a beautiful arrangment.
Rose Geranium hangs heavy in the air but can be quickly lost as other wild flowers emerge from the tangled rosemary bushes and the rich variety of trees enveloping this secluded paradise.
