We ship from Louisville, KY in the USA and offer free shipping on Domestic orders $75+. We do ship internationally as well: shipping prices will vary for international orders and will likely include custom fees/import charges/duties that we are not responsible for. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any other questions regarding shipping.
All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, DHL, and APC. Items will be shipped Monday - Friday within 1-4 business days after the order is placed. Please note that order volume increases during the holidays and during our winter and summer sale periods. Orders may take longer to fulfill around this time of year.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We offer international shipping through APC or DHL with the choices of International Economy or International Express. Depending on the country and the selected carrier, it will take 1-4 weeks on average for your order to arrive.
Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or charges upon delivery and these fees are not included at the time of checkout. Fees and taxes vary by region.
Order Confirmation & Status
Once your order has been packed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the tracking number in the email.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email email@example.com within one hour of placing the order and include your order number in the subject line. After one hour, the order will be placed in the fulfillment line and no changes can be made.
Missing or Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. Have your tracking number, your order receipt and photos on hand as these will be essential in filing your claim.
We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of placing the order.
Returns & Refunds
We take domestic and international returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item has NOT been used, opened, or tampered with. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. If you're unhappy for any reason with one of our products, please notify email@example.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a prompt exchange or refund. After 30 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds of any kind.
The following cannot be returned:
- Used Fragrances
- E-Gift Cards
- Items purchased "On Sale” or at a discounted rate and "Seconds" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased at pop-up events or in-person events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re ready to return your eligible items, you can ship the package to Misc. Goods Co., 1133 S Shelby StLouisville, KY 40203. Once we receive it we will notify you of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
If you received the incorrect product of one of our items or need a different size, color, etc, we’d be happy to process an exchange for you within 30 days of delivery as long as the item has NOT been used, opened, or tampered with. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your exchange.
Because of the nature of our fragrance products, we cannot accept exchanges with used fragrances.
