Kings Market comes from a sincere perspective of a place in bloom.
Early light, crates getting opened, fruit at its peak. Stems still green. Everything a little soft and alive. It’s not really about a specific market. More just that moment. When everything feels fresh and a little overflowing.
We built it by layering fig leaf, pear stem, florals, coconut, and a handful of other notes until it felt right. Not too sweet. Not too clean. Just balanced in that middle space.
That’s usually where I start with fragrance. Not with notes, but with a place or a feeling.
Then I just keep working it until it feels like something I recognize.
